Dear All-

I would like to submit the following abstract to the 2017 IEEE NSS/MIC meeting in Atalanta. It can be found here along with the supporting paper https://www.phenix.bnl.gov/WWW/p/draft/mannel/WWW/reports/y2017/EJM_sPHENIX_IEEE_Abstract.pdf.

The supporting paper will not be published, only used by the organizers to evaluate the abstract. Abstract submission due 8-May. Comments, suggestions welcome.
