Dear all,

I'd like to submit an abstract to the IEEE NSS 2017 conference with the topic of an sPHENIX TPC. Please find the abstract and a required two-page summary document at http://skipper.physics.sunysb.edu/~kdehmelt/misc/IEEE2017_Abstract_sTPC.pdf.

The overall document exceeds two pages, however, the summary document is within two pages when the abstract is removed.
