Dear all,

of course everyone waits until the last day to find things out...

This year's submission page is very formalized w.r.t. the fields - the
author is being auto-filled, etc etc. Different from previous years'
submission forms, there doesn't seem to be a place to add the "for the
sPHENIX collaboration" anywhere. I fudged this by editing my affiliation
info for now and adding this there.

I am a convener in the system and sent email to the higher-ups to see if
that can be added. Not optimistic though.

For now, I'd advise to do as I did (edit your affiliation), and give
yourself editing privileges for the abstract (which is a checkbox before
the final submission). I think the affiliation thing is good enough, but
in case the form changes in time you can then still modify this.

My 5cts,

Martin
