Hi Peter,

 Thanks for posting the new template. I have one issue on plotting

2D colored scatter plot with this template.

 On the display, it works very nicely and looks fancy, but when I save

in PDF file, the color just goes away. EPS and PNG worked. Maybe this

is also an issue of incompatibility of the ROOT version?

Instructions are given, with a few guidelines on plot style to go along with it.  Please give it a try and don’t hesitate to send me feedback.  I will migrate it to git sometime soon (but not today).

Also, special thanks to the cold QCD group, esp. Nils, for working out the first main fixes (mainly addressing ROOT5 compatibility)!  After their experience, I thought it made sense to distribute it more widely.
