Description: 
A BNL perimeter firewall was replaced with newer and faster hardware.
During the brief outage Internet connections to the RHIC facility could
not be made.  All RHIC Internet accessible services are now available
again.  SSH connections, at least for the most part, survived the
outage.  If RHIC users see any problems after receipt of this message,
they are requested to submit a ticket to our RT ticket system.  See:
