sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

We expect the full-scale prototype of the outer HCal module to be
delivered by flatbed truck to BNL on Monday (8/28) around 8:30am ET.  It
will be delivered to "door 15" of Bldg. 912 before being rigged into a
spot on the floor there.  Door 15 is near the northwest corner of the
building, back where there are roll-up doors providing access to the
building.  We've arranged for a BNL photographer to be there.  It would
be great to have any sPHENIX collaborators who are around gather to be
in some of those photos!  Set your alarms clocks!

One small caveat: there's some uncertainty whether the truck will need
to spend some time with the fine folks at Property Receiving before it
is allowed on to Bldg. 912.  We'll send out email if it looks like
there's going to be much delay.
