Hi all,
The truck carrying the OHCal is again on its way to BNL
after having resolved an issue with the local authorities.
The truck will arrive at BNL at 11:30 and be at building 912
soon there after. We will be taking a photo and unloading the
truck starting at 1:00 pm at Building 912, door 15. I hope
to see you then.

There was a problem with the truck and it looks like it will be here around 1:00 pm. I will update as soon as I have definite arrival confirmation. --Carter

The sPHENIX full-scale Outer HCal prototype module will be delivered to BNL on Monday (8/28) around 8:30am ET. It will be delivered to "door 15" of the AGS floor, Bldg. 912. Door 15 is near the
northwest corner of the building near the former PHENIX RPC tent. Dave has arranged for a BNL photographer to be there. I'd like to encourage all to attend so that we can get a few photos of our group plus the OHCAL arriving at BNL.
There is one caveat: there's some uncertainty whether the truck will need to spend some time at BNL Receiving before it
is allowed on to Bldg. 912. If there is a delay we will send out
an e-mail. Thanks.
