Hi John,

This is definitely a very nice 20 minute talk.... But at 10+2, I
think it would be very difficult to get through! I think trying to
talk about everything that has happened will be a bit much.

My suggestions:
Remove slide 6 - A HI audience knows what GEANT is

Slide 8 - I think the technical details will be overwhelming to be
people in this context, perhaps move to back-up (you can note the
important details when you get to the slides with calorimeter
details).
Slide 13 - This falls into the same category as slide 8. Or perhaps
combine them giving the salient top level details (for instance, that
we're using SiPMs).

For the calorimeter slides, I think it is important to emphasize the
test beam results - perhaps have a quick summary for this section.

I would also move slide 14 into the back up, it's a beautiful
schematic but not easy to grok in a minute.

Magnet - I would just condense this to a single slide, the only detail
that has changed recently (at least for the outside world) is that the
high field tests will start.

This will give you more time to spend on the TPC, which I think has
seen a lot of work that hasn't been shown much to the outside world.
Maybe repeat the upsilon plot (or move some other simulation plot here
if one is ready for prime time).

Personally, I would emphasize cd-0 again in the conclusions.

See you in Pittsburgh!
Rosi
