Thanks to everyone who has continued to update the Conceptual Design 
Report in Overleaf.  The document is here:

We will have to freeze and tag the Conceptual Design Report for the 
Director's Review that is being held March 6-8 at BNL, and since it will 
need to be available to the committee about two weeks before, on 
February 20, it should then be available for collaboration review at 
least a week before, by February 12.  The presentations and summaries of 
the technical reviews provide very useful input that can be included in 
the CDR.

Bottom line: please make any changes to the CDR by February 12.

I envision that we will want to modify the CDR after the Director's 
Review for the DOE CD-1 Review May 8-10, which implies another freeze 
about April 23, which should allow us to include some preliminary 
results from the spring beam tests.
