Just a reminder to everyone planning on coming to FNAL for T-1044 to 
make sure that your IDs are current and your training is up-to-date.

With the exception of Practical Factors all training is online and can 
be completed once you have your FNAL ID and FNAL Service account. The 
Practical Factors course has a limited attendance and is typically 
scheduled for only  one day a week. The next open class is on Feb 27, 
2018. Classes in March will be posted by the end of the month. So far, 
FNAL has not been willing to schedule a special class for us.  This 
training is good for 2 years and there is a good chance that if you were 
at FNAL in 2016 or 2017, you are still qualified.  You can check your 
training by using this link: 
http://www-esh.fnal.gov/pls/default/itp.its?id=xxxxxV replacing xxxxx 
with your FNAL ID.  Note that the V at the end is required.

where you can tell us what days you will be at FNAL and available for 
helping out with operations.  There is no formal shift sign up or 
training, We plan things on a regular basis based on what needs to be 
done and who is around to get the work done.  We encourage you to be 
proactive in getting involved with T-1044 while you are at FNAL.
