Dear collaborators,

We will have the 44th sPHENIX general meeting tomorrow, Friday February
23 at noon EST.  The agenda and connection information can be found at

For those at BNL, we will meet in Rm. 2-219.

In addition to the usual updates we will have an initial discussion of a
recent reqeust from ALD Berndt Mueller to update the sPHENIX/EIC
detector letter of intent.  It will be very useful to hear thoughts from
the collaboration on how to approach this.
