sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear Collaborators,

QM'18 is just around the corner!  We will have an impressive number of
posters on display at the conference, and I look forward to the impact
they will have on the discussions at the meeting.

Rosi Reed has updated the poster template she prepared last year.  It
fits the poster size guidelines and has the sPHENIX logo and the
conference logo on it.  The footer of the poster has space to recognize
institutional and funding agency support - you may need to tweak this to
appropriately reflect your particular sources of support.

Please upload your poster draft by the morning of Tuesday, May 8, to
this sPHENIX page: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/4604/

You can download the poster template from that same page.

The relevant topical group conveners or L2 managers are responsible for
approving the posters.  If there's a question about who should approve a
particular poster, just shoot Gunther and me an email and we'll figure
it out.
