Friends,

Following up on various email thread's off and on the sPHENIX lists, we need
to come to final conclusions regarding the performance plots, performance
parameters (UPPs) and physics projections for the upcoming CD-1 review. We
had a dry-run of the plenary presentations today, which received many good
suggestion from non-sPHENIX observers at BNL. We will have another dry-run
next Wednesday, which needs to include near-final plots and numbers, before
the talks are provided to the review committee in the following week (during
QM).

We'll send a detailed agenda for Friday later today - it will be very
important to have topical group leaders and tracking and calorimetry experts
for reports on the ongoing discussion and agreement on the final plan.
