Subject: Announcing the 35th Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics (WWND 2019) January 6 - 12, 2019

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to announce the 35th Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics (WWND 2019), which will be held from January 6-12, 2019 at the Beaver Creek Resort (near Vail) in Colorado in the U.S. We plan to put together a program that will highlight experimental and theoretical advances in all fields of Nuclear Physics, from the LHC, RHIC, and JLab experiments to the planned activities at EIC, FRIB, FAIR and NICA.

For information, visit our web page at:https://indico.cern.ch/event/766194/

Since we need to guarantee the room occupancy well ahead of time, please register for the workshop and the hotel at this premium resort as early as possible to acquire the discounted rate, definitely before our cut-off date of Friday, December 7 2018. There are also a limited number of condominiums for which we have contracted that accommodate more attendees (up to eight, but we recommend up to four) at a lower per person rate. If you wish to be paired with someone else and share a room or condominium, please contact the organizers.

If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to meeting many of you in Colorado.

Best regards,
from the WWND 2019 Organizers
