    Dear all,
     The sPHENIX Project Decision-2/3 review will start today
    with the executive session in Berkner B at 1:00 pm.

    There have been 70 documents prepared for the review in addition to 40 talks.
    All the speakers and the management team, especially the engineers, the L2, L3
    managers, and project professionals have done a great job preparing for the review. This includes
    enduring multiple practice sessions. We're optimistic about the outcome.
