As we discussed at the meeting at NCU in March, it would helpful to have regular "sPHENIX in Asia" meetings, given the number of institutions in East Asia, and the importance of their contributions. As many of us will attend QM'19, a pre-QM meeting at one of the local institutions presents a good opportunity. Before suggesting a location and date in the days before QM, we would like to gauge interest/estimate number of participants for such a meeting (we had about 50 participants in the previous meeting). We hope to discuss more detailed plans at next week's Lehigh collaboration meeting (you may consider this the last reminder to register for that meeting!) and therefore hope that you can participate in the poll in the next days.
