As there has been some confusion about abstract decisions for this year's QM in various circles (one might even say consternation, for some collaborations),  I'm forwarding the mail below to the full list. As in previous year's, there will be one sPHENIX talk in the "Future experiments.." session. All other submissions have been (or will be, once we confirm the conversion from the non-accepted talks) accepted as posters.

We're pleased to announce that your submitted abstract "Heavy flavor physics with the sPHENIX MAPS vertex tracker upgrade" with ID #544 has been accepted in track "Future facilities and instrumentation" as Oral Presentation.

The parallel sessions are important part of the conference, so please inform us within a week (before August 27) whether you accept our offer.

Once you decide to give the presentation, please make sure to register and pay the conference fee in time. Note that the EARLY registration DEADLINE has been extended to September 10, 2019 and the FINAL DEADLINE is October 1st. Registration without payment is considered incomplete.

The conference venue is Wanda Reign Wuhan Hotel, located in downtown Wuhan. Note that there are limited rooms with a discounted conference rate 900CNY (tax and breakfast included) per night at Wanda Reign Wuhan Hotel, available on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise you to book your rooms as early as possible.

For those who need a visa to enter China, please check your local Chinese Consulates General for how to apply for VISA to China. If you need an invitation letter, please send the complete VISA information form to qm2019_visa AT mail.ccnu.edu.cn no later than September 12, 2019 (please download the VISA information form from the visa information page).
