Hello,

Martin and I have set up the agenda page for the DAQ Workfest at Stony 
Brook this week (Tues-Wed Oct 22-23).  Here is a tentative working 
agenda along with information about the meeting:

The first day generally covers generic DAQ issues, particularly tools 
and organization, the second day covers specifically streaming DAQ and 
offline event building, although if we are large enough we can break 
into special interest groups on either or both days.

The goal of the workfest is to agree and document on some of the details 
of the DAQ.  To that end, we have prepared a skeleton of a document that 
I would like to flesh out.  The fully editable link to the document is here:

where I tried to to sketch out how things were done in PHENIX, how we 
might do things the same or differently, and provoke discussion.  You 
can start adding to it now as you are able, particularly adding sections 
or subsections that I have forgotten.
