Dear Collaborators, 

You have heard from many institutions about their response to the COVID-19 situation and its impact on operations, research and teaching. We have been monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and are aware of the growing impact on our participating institutions and the difficult situations many collaborators face. We are working with the project to monitor and forecast the impact on sPHENIX operations and schedule. To  help, please let us know of any new developments at local institutions that are relevant for this question. In addition, we are planning to devote discussion time at next week's General Meeting to this issue to collect thoughts, information and ideas from all collaborators.
