Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to announce that the RBRC  Jet Observables at the Electron-Ion Collider Workshop (JETS 2020) originally scheduled for April 15-17, 2020 and cancelled due to COVID-19 will now be held virtually on July 27-29, 2020. We hope you will be able to join us so please follow the registration instructions carefully.

 

The workshop is NOT open-to-the public and is by invitation only. This means all participants must register on the workshop web page (https://www.bnl.gov/jetobs20) (even if you registered for the original meeting in April). By receiving this email, you are invited to register. Note that ALL Foreign Nationals must also complete the Additional Guest Registration Form to be fully approved for a Guest Number. After you register for the workshop, if a Guest Registration Form is necessary, the link will be provided to you. Please note that the deadline for workshop registration as well as Guest Registration Form is June 25, 2020.

 

If you are a Foreign National and had completed a Guest Registration Form for the original April 15-17 dates, and were approved or it was in process, you will still have to complete a new one. However, when you go to “Guest Registration”, please choose "Renew Appointment" and update any necessary information. Your Form will then have to go through the normal approval process.

 

If you are a US Citizen and had completed a Guest Registration Form previously because you were planning to stay in the on-site housing, you do not have to complete or renew a new one -- you do not need it for the virtual meeting.
