Hi all,

 

In association with the Summer projects workshop we had a week ago last Thursday, as discussed there, I would like to put together a list of participants, but also others,  who would like to work on summer projects.  The idea is to gather especially those who are interesting in helping with some short term projects this summer, workfests, etc.    So even if you weren't able to make the workshop but you're in that category, please provide me with your similar information, e.g. name, email, institution, interest areas.   I've tried my best from the bluejeans logs/chat/etc, my own handwriting (which I apologize to those who communicate this verbally, like Ejiro, my handwriting was sloppy and I apparently missed some info) to reconstruct all the info that would be ideal for this from those who were at the workshop.  

 

To help with this, I’ve made a spreadsheet on a publically editable googledrive area, so you can just directly fill-in/add/correct your own information or for  someone else in your group.  In many cases, I already have the email addresses but didn’t bother filling them in for now so I ONLY NEED info marked in the pink cell colored cells.     But if it’s easy and you’re visiting the sheet anyway, anyone feel free to fill out any missing info for yourself or others.  Or like I said, feel free to add yourself to the list by creating a new row!  You should be able to directly edit the sheet, the snapshot below is just an image but is also a link so you can click on it as well.

I’ve already started to contact some of the group leaders in areas where we need some help to try to match up those interested to appropriate projects—that will be the next step, which I hope to turn around rather quickly, and plan to do that by individual emails or smaller email threads involving the project leaders.
