As Tom correctly pointed out, the dates should be July 22 and 27, not sometime last month.

We have been trying to find dates for a discussion about plans and ideas on how to respond to the EIC call for Expressions of Interest. Meanwhile, we also received this addendum to the charge for the September PAC meeting from the ALD:

"sPHENIX: Update on EIC EoI based on sPHENIX" (these are the instructions in their entirety). While we are trying to obtain further information from Berndt on the expectations regarding this charge, this obviously is very relevant to our upcoming discussion. 

As the main point of the discussion is to keep each other informed, we decided to schedule multiple meetings, to allow as many collaborators as possible to participate. The first discussion will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 10AM-12PM EDT. We are planning a second meeting on Monday, June 27, 11AM-1PM. Given the new charge, it is likely that we will have several follow-up meetings between now and September. 

For the meetings we welcome short presentations from interested institutions on their thoughts and plans.
