sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

    Dear collaborators,
      
      We recently received the charge (see below) from the ALD for the
      upcoming PAC meeting.  There are a couple of notable aspects to
      it.  First, we are asked to present the sPHENIX run plan, and this
      will be the first time the PAC will be asked for its view of our
      plans.  Second, note that we are asked to present an "Update on
      EIC EoI based on sPHENIX".  We had an initial discussion of this
      point in the sPHENIX EC meeting on Friday.  This is an important
      issue and there was a strong sense at the EC meeting that this
      aspect of the charge needs clarification.  We will follow up on
      that.

STAR: Beam Use Request for Run-21 and Run-22

STAR and sPHENIX: Beam Use Requests for Runs 23-25

The BURs should be based on the following number of expected cryo-weeks:
