Hello All,

One of the homework items from the open meeting on the sPHENIX Beam Use Proposal was for the Task Force to put together a nominal cryo-week plan for potentially having proton-proton running in Year-1 (i.e. 2023).

John Haggerty and I worked to put together a draft plan and text. Suggestions, input, comments, are most welcome. There will also be further opportunity for discussion at this Friday's FortNightly Meeting and when the draft Beam Use Proposal is released to the collaboration for comment (which is also this coming Friday).
