Dear collaborators,

We're happy to say we've just submitted the sPHENIX beam use proposal to
ALD Berndt Mueller. We really appreciate the work from across the
collaboration in preparing this important document. There were very
impressive updates on all fronts, and many new plots, projections and
arguments too! I'm sure we're all looking forward to discussing this at
the PAC meeting on September 10–11.
