Hi folks,

Maxim already send this. On May 31st BNL will drop Bluejeans in favor of 
zoom. This means you need to save all recordings you made and want to 
keep by then.

What is more critical is that unlike the bluejeans accounts getting a 
zoom account requires a BNL domain account. These domain accounts are 
not for BNL employees only but they do not come automatically. On 
https://www.bnl.gov/accounts/ one should be able to request a domain 
account (needs a valid guest number and cyber training). Click on Submit 
Account Request Form, not self-service (which will ask you for your 
domain credentials).

Once you have a domain account you can request a zoom account with 
https://www.bnl.gov/itd/avcServices/zoom.php. There is a free version 
with a 40 minute limit (not sure how useful this is) and a paid account.

This is only needed if you actually run zoom meetings - not if you just 
attend
