Friends,

As discussed at last week's GM we are planning to meet this Friday to discuss plans for the 3rd S&C review on March 23/24. To help with the discussion this Friday, it would be helpful if the speakers/experts on the various topics could prepare short presentations (2-3 slides!) addressing the following questions:

- what was the homework related to your topic?

- What were the milestones?

- Have we achieved milestones/addressed homework?

- What other information should we present at the March review?

For these questions we should hear from:

- DAQ (Martin)

- Framework (Chris)

- Simulations (Jin)

- Reconstruction (Chris)

- Tracking (Tony/Joe/Christof)

- Calorimeter + calibration (Jin/Justin/Aaron/Jet TG)

- Computing plan/resources (Ron)

- Collaboration issues (Dave/Gunther)

For several new topics we should discuss what will be ready/appropriate to discuss at the S&C review:

- TPC Calibration (Ross et al)

- MDC lessons + plans (Camelia et al)

- Analysis readiness (Jet/HF/QQbar conveners)

Please let us know email or on Friday if we're missing a topic.

We'll set up an indico agenda shortly.
