Dear collaborators,

The software and computing rehearsal will take place today (Friday), starting at noon ET.

BNL has just started to require, generally, that Indico agenda pages be protected in some way.  We are working with BNL's IT department to find a technical solution that is as transparent as possible, but for now we will use an "access key" to restrict access.

The access key for the rehearsal is "babar1008".

See you at noon,
Dave and Gunther

Friends,

We have prepared an Indico agenda for the S&C rehearsal this Friday:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/10995/

At the moment we are expecting to hear from Martin, Chris, Camelia, Tony, Takao, Ross, Justin and Ron. Please note that 30-50% of the allotted time is for questions/discussion at the rehearsal!

To help with preparation, here is an Indico link to the talks from the prior review:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/6702/
The Indico page also contains a link to the computing plan we presented at the time.

As the review committee will be the same as last time (or at least have large overlap), we should focus on three aspects:
- major new developments/achievements in the respective areas
- progress wrt milestones set at the last review
- response to committee homework/recommendations
For most of the recommendations it should be fairly obvious in which presentation they should be covered. If in doubt, please let us know.

For reference, the last committee report can be found here:

And finally, here is a simple ppt template we should use for all the talks

Best,

Gunther and Dave
