Friends,

As we mentioned at last week's general meeting we are planning to form a task
force to define and guide our commissioning effort. We already have a few
good nominations for this task force, but are looking for broader
participation, in particular from collaborators who have experience with
corresponding efforts on other experiments. We are planning to mention the
formation of this task force at the S&C review.
