Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

The Bylaws Taskforce invites your input on possible changes to the bylaws, including additions, deletions, and changes.  You can find the current bylaws here: https://www.sphenix.bnl.gov/sphenix-laws .  For full consideration, please send us your ideas no later than Monday, June 7.  Please note that we are coordinating with the DEI committee and Publication Policy Taskforce to ensure all respective documents are appropriately referenced and enforced in the bylaws.
