Dear Colleagues,

We have identified two co-spokesperson teams running for the upcoming sPHENIX spokesperson election. The current candidates are:

Dave Morrison and Gunther Roland as one co-spokeperson team and Dennis Perepelitsa and Anne Sickles as another co-spokeperson team.

There might be a potential 3th team and if finalized that will be announced prior to Nov 29th together with any other additional candidates.

Best Regards

Dear sPHENIX Colleagues,

As mentioned during the 123rd sPHENIX Fortnightly Meeting, we would like to actively solicit nominations for the upcoming spokesperson election. Please submit your nominations, including self nominations, to all of the spokesperson election nominating committee members.  Our committee will confirm candidates interest in standing for election. Nominations are open for both single-person tickets for Spokesperson and paired-tickets for Co-Spokespersons.  To timely present the list of candidates to the collaboration at least 4 weeks before the election, the nominations have to be submitted by Nov 16th. Additional nominations after the announcement of the initial list may be added until Nov 29th. It is expected that the candidates will present their statements of candidacy at the Dec 10th Fortnightly Meeting.

Best regards
