Dear sPHENIX Collaborators:
the abstract submission for Quark Matter 2022 (to be held in Kraków, April 4-10, 2022) is November 30 2021 (just 11 days away).
Oral presentations will be coordinated by the Speakers Bureau. We will submit abstract and select speakers once abstracts are accepted (after soliciting input from the Collaboration).
Everyone who is interested, is encouraged to write a POSTER abstract! The poster session will be held on April 6 2022 in person. If you are interested in submitting a poster abstract, please coordinate with the relevant L2 Subsystem Manager or Topical Group Conveners. Posters planning to show both detector performance and physics performance need approval by both.
For practical purposes, I suggest that drafts of all poster abstracts be submitted to sPHENIX-l with the subject “QM2022 Poster abstract - [Your Last Name]” and wait for approval of relevant coordinators before submitting. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to send me an email.
More information on QM2022 and submission link are at https//indico.cern.ch/event/895086/
