Dear sPHENIX Institutional Board Members,

We hope you are enjoying the holidays and staying safe.

We are aware that some institutions did not receive the initial email containing the link to the voting form. Accordingly, we have extended the deadline to Thursday, December 23 at 11:59 PM. If you have not voted, please take a moment to do so as soon as possible so that we can satisfy the requirement stated in the By-Laws that 75% of the institutions are required for a valid election (see below.)

As a reminder, the subject of the email containing your ballot is:

sPHENIX Spokesperson Election Ballot

and the sender was Megan Connors.
