Hi folks,

itd wants to upgraded indico next Wednesday starting at noon. The upgrade requires a 4 hours outage of indico. If there is a serious problem with that timing (like running an international workshop), please speak up. Otherwise we'll take a short break and start enjoying the new search capability from Wednesday late afternoon on

Hi All,

After the positive feedback received, a decision was taken to upgrade Indico from
v2.3.2 to v3.x (x=1, I think) next Wednesday, Aug. 17th, beginning at 12 noon ET.
The upgrade will take up to 4 hours and will result in a complete outage of Indico
services. If you have strong objections on the date and time of the upgrade, please
inform the SDCC by 12 noon ET on Friday, August 12th, and we'll consider an
alternative date and/or time.

Once date and time are confirmed, ITD will send an official announcement with more
details, including new features available in the upgraded version of Indico.
