Our first sPHENIX Run will last into the summer, which is a bit unusual.  One 
complication associated with that schedule is that summer housing is 
notoriously tight since BNL hosts summer students then.  Therefore it is 
important that we assess our housing needs now so we can reserve a block of 
apartments and dorm rooms.  But for that we need your input:

Please send a message to Mariette with Cc to me and Kin (but please don’t 
reply to the list!) no later than ***December 30*** with your anticipated 
housing needs for your group:

with associated dates.

Brookhaven is trying to accommodate us here.  But if we don’t give them 
input, they won’t be able to help us.
