Hi all,

As a reminder, please fill out the doodle poll before the software meeting tomorrow, Tuesday January 17th, so that we can discuss what dates are possible for an in person (at BNL) and online software workfest in March.

Subject: [Sphenix-l] sPHENIX Commissioning Workfest 2023

Dear Colleagues,

As discussed in the general meeting last Friday and again today in the software meeting, we would like to try to organize another workfest prior to April when we anticipate getting beam for the first time.  We agreed today that March would be the best month to try to organize a week long workfest from Monday to Friday. Please fill out the doodle poll below to indicate if you would be able to attend and what week would be best for you. The poll only lists the Monday of the week, so you should fill it out as if you would be available for the whole week. For example, if I was available from Monday March 6th to Friday March 10th, I would vote “yes” for the March 6th option.

Please fill out the poll by the next software and simulations meeting on Tuesday, January 17th. We will discuss the results in the software meeting and try to converge on a date.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
