Friends,

Thanks for the large number of proposed abstracts! They provide an impressive 
snapshot of the breadth of work going on now and planned over the next 
months. We are nearly done with a final round of (mostly minor) editing, as 
mentioned in last week's email, with the goal to achieve a uniform "look and 
feel" wrt the promises made for result or status reports in the various areas.

After further discussion on Monday, we agreed to follow the practice of the 
LHC experiments (and our practice for earlier QMs) - the speaker's bureau 
chair will submit ALL abstracts (including the poster abstracts) on behalf of 
the sPHENIX collaboration. The actual presenters will be determined later, 
once QM travel plans, poster/talk acceptance and prospects for the various 
topics become known.
