Dear all,

We'd like to announce the formation of IRC01 as:

Megan Connors (GSU) chair, Weihu Ma (Fudan), Joern Putschke (WSU)

The IRC will work with the PPG, the TG and the rest of the collaboration to get this result in a public state. The details of all the PPGs that have been formed are here:
