The IB has approved the work-in-progress policy discussed recently. We will add the policy to the collaboration homepage shortly.  Students and postdocs should consider this policy as in-force starting now, and plan accordingly for presentation at e.g. the upcoming DNP meeting. It is important to note that we will not make exceptions on the collaborators and meetings covered by the policy.
