sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

The collaboration meeting begins tomorrow, Thursday December 12 at 9am ET!

We are meeting in an unusual place, so please check out the map on the agenda page (and below).  Leave yourself a little extra time to get to the room in CSI.  Please come a little early on Thursday and meet up with your colleagues and collaborators.

As noted on the agenda page, we'll collect a modest registration fee for the meeting ($65 includes collaboration dinner, $30 otherwise). 

Please talk with Mariette when you arrive to take care of the registration fee and tell her whether you'll be coming to the collaboration dinner at Painter's in Bellport.  We will distribute receipts.  This fee, along with support from the Physics Department should keep us well supplied with refreshments during the meeting.

The meeting will be in Bldg. 725 (home of the Computational Science Initiative, just to the east of the Physics Building).  There is a parking lot just across from CSI, so you might consider parking there.  You can, of course, easily walk over to Bldg. 725 from the Physics Department.  We'll have sPHENIX signs up along the way to lead you.
