Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

A morning reminder that we'll be meeting in Bldg. 725 (CSI) at 9am ET.  Just go in the front door, up a flight of stairs, and down the hallway to the "Training Room" -- don't worry, there's no training involved today, that's just what it's called.  We've put up signs adorned with a big sPHENIX logo, so you shouldn't have any difficulties finding your way.

The collaboration meeting begins tomorrow, Thursday December 12 at 9am ET!

We are meeting in an unusual place, so please check out the map on the agenda page (and below).  Leave yourself a little extra time to get to the room in CSI.  Please come a little early on Thursday and meet up with your colleagues and collaborators.

As noted on the agenda page, we'll collect a modest registration fee for the meeting ($65 includes collaboration dinner, $30 otherwise). 

Please talk with Mariette when you arrive to take care of the registration fee and tell her whether you'll be coming to the collaboration dinner at Painter's in Bellport.  We will distribute receipts.  This fee, along with support from the Physics Department should keep us well supplied with refreshments during the meeting.

The meeting will be in Bldg. 725 (home of the Computational Science Initiative, just to the east of the Physics Building).  There is a parking lot just across from CSI, so you might consider parking there.  You can, of course, easily walk over to Bldg. 725 from the Physics Department.  We'll have sPHENIX signs up along the way to lead you.
