Hello sPHENIX,
I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing holiday season, and that you are excited for 2025 and the high quality data it will bring us. Shift sign-up will open at noon (Eastern Time) on January 6. See: Shift Sign Up. IB members should review their authorship lists today (click on the spreadsheet icon in the upper right hand corner of the sign up page). I will freeze the authorship tomorrow at 5 pm in terms of the shift quota. The quota currently stands at 2.7 shifts per author.
Our first gas shifts will begin on February 17. I strongly encourage members of the local groups to sign up for the earliest shifts, and I would like to see the entire block of Feb filled before the middle of the week.
Summer housing always fills up quickly, so please make your housing requests as soon as possible at: Housing Request.
