Hi All,

For the shift sign up, I have had a few questions about the names listed and what the colors mean. So as a reminder:

Blue: Names that do contribute to the shift quota (2.7 shifts per author).
Black: Names that do not contribute to the quota; however, these individuals can still sign up for shifts.
Italic Blue: Legacy authors, who also do not contribute to the quota.

(Bold indicates detector expert, which seems to not be much used at the moment.) After reviewing the database with Anders, we have corrected everything to match. For some institutions, this has changed the number of shifts owed considerably. Please review your listing and let me know of necessary changes before 5 PM today.
