Dear Collaborators,

As announced at the General Meeting last Friday, the INTT group has prepared a draft of a NIM paper on the INTT ladder. Following precedent from other subsystems papers without collider data using an abbreviated author list, all collaborators are welcomed to provide comments on the draft during a one week comment period.
