Hi all,

I'd like to announce the formation of IRC02 & IRC07:

IRC 02: Stefan Bathe (Baruch) chair, Xiaochun He (GSU), Greg Ottino (LBNL)

IRC 07: Christine Aidala (Michigan) chair, Anders Knospe (Lehigh), Justin Frantz (Ohio)

It's great to see these analyses move toward public results and we anticipate more IRC formations in the very near future.

(I'm in the process of getting the IRC mailing lists set up but it has taken some interaction with BNL ITD and I don't want to slow the physics process as I work through this technical step.)
