Dear PPG and IRC members (and apologies to the rest of the Collaboration for the mass email),

In order to better organize some of the ongoing PPG & IRC meetings, we have created a new “PPG and IRC Meetings" Indico sub-category here: https://indico.bnl.gov/category/613/ under the wider "sPHENIX Physics and Topical Group Meetings” category. Please use this category for PPG and PPG+IRC meetings from now on.

I added permissions for all current PPG Contacts and IRC Chairs to create meetings within this category. For those of you with more than one Indico account, please check that I’ve grabbed the correct one.

If you have previously been creating PPG meetings under one of the TG categories, please do so in this new category from now on. (Optionally, you can choose to move your previous PPG/IRC meetings to this new category if you wish.)
