Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the formation of IRCs 04, 11 & 12:

04: Gunther Roland (chair), Sevil Salur & Ron Soltz

11: Marzia Rosati (chair), Caroline Riedl & Dave Stewart

12 Jamie Nagle (chair), Sasha Bazilevsky & Justin Frantz

Thanks to everyone who has agreed to serve on an IRC. This service to the collaboration will help ensure that our upcoming public results are of very high quality.
