Hi all,

So far we have seen drafts of one conference note and two papers 
circulating.  The approval meetings for these results will be:

PPG07 conference note: March 14 at noon ET:

PPG02 paper: March 18 at 9am ET: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/27203/ 

PPG03 paper: March 19 at 2:30 pm ET: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/27204/ 

For these meetings we ask the PPG contacts (or others on the PPG, as 
they decide).  We ask them to briefly summarize the physics results and 
present the substantial comments from the collaboration and proposed 
changes based on them.  The comments for discussion should be agreed on 
by the PPG & IRC.

To allow for enough time for discussion the PPG presentation should be 
no more than 30 minutes without questions.

We hope that many from the collaboration can attend these interesting 
and important meetings.
