For this PCM, which is right before expected first collisions in Run-25, the focus is on finalizing our first set of Run-24 analyses and a status report on new analyses targeting the Initial Stages conference.

Topics for this PCM include:

* Status of Run-24 calorimeter production and simulations

* Path to finalizing QM’25/DIS’25 Preliminary results

* Progress on IS’25-targeted analyses
