Dear collaborators,

We are pleased to make 2 announcements.

First, Stefan Bathe has agreed to serve as co-convener of the calo-calibration group. We would like to again thank Anthony for his service in this role. Thank you to Stefan and Blair for leading this group as we embark on collecting Run 25 data.

Secondly, Mariia Mitrankova has agreed to serve as co-convener of the Bulk Topical Group. Thank you to JaeBeom for his role in leading the bulk group during the preparation of the first two physics papers from sPHENIX. While Mariia's appointment requires approval of the EC, she will assume the role now so that JaeBeom can focus on other sPHENIX tasks as collisions are arriving this weekend. Thank you to Mariia and Ron for leading the bulk group as we move toward IS.
